Standard we aim for

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the recognised standard for making web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

Measures we have taken

• Text and background colours across the site meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required at Level AA.
• Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• The mobile menu traps focus while open and closes on the Escape key.
• A skip-to-content link is the first focusable element on every page.
• Every form field has an associated label; errors are announced to screen readers.
• Icon-only buttons carry accessible names; decorative graphics are hidden.
• All animation is decorative and is disabled when your system requests reduced motion. No information is conveyed by motion alone.
• Colour is never the only means of conveying information.
• Semantic HTML and a single, logical heading order are used throughout.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working to address them:

• The testimonial carousel advances automatically. It pauses on hover and on keyboard focus, and the previous/next controls and dots allow full manual navigation.
• The decorative starfield in the page header is drawn on a canvas element. It is hidden from assistive technology and renders as a single static frame under reduced-motion settings.
• Content supplied by third parties, where present, may not meet the same standard.
