Do Not Call Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
Aurexo Solutions LLC maintains an internal Do-Not-Call list. This policy explains how to be added to it, how quickly your request takes effect, and what it does and does not cover.
How to make a request
You can ask to be added to our internal Do-Not-Call list by:
- Calling (888) 214-0392 and asking to be placed on the do-not-call list.
- Emailing info@aurexosolutions.com with the telephone number to suppress.
- Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us.
- Writing to Aurexo Solutions LLC, 2500 Corporate Blvd, Suite 410, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
You do not need to explain why. Please include the specific telephone number you want suppressed, we can only reliably suppress a number you identify.
How quickly it takes effect
Requests are recorded immediately and applied across our campaigns within ten business days, consistent with federal requirements. Once applied, the suppression is permanent unless you later ask us to remove it.
You may receive contact from a party that already received your enquiry before your request was processed. Those organisations maintain their own do-not-call lists, and you should also make the request directly to them.
Scope
Our internal list applies to marketing contact initiated by us and by partners acting on our behalf. It does not automatically apply to:
- Companies you contacted separately, or that received your details from another source.
- Contact you specifically request from us afterwards, such as replying to an enquiry you raise.
National Do Not Call Registry
Separately from our internal list, you can register your number free of charge with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the number you wish to register. Registration does not expire.
Note that registering nationally does not prevent contact from organisations to which you have given express written consent. To stop contact from us specifically, use the internal request process above.
Records and training
Do-Not-Call requests are retained for at least five years. Staff and partners who make or initiate calls are trained on this policy, and a written copy is available on request.
