Residents of certain states have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This page explains what that means for Aurexo Solutions LLC and how to exercise the right.

Why this applies to us

Our business connects consumers with providers, which means we pass the details you submit to matched agents, contractors, and installers. Under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, that disclosure can be classified as a sale or sharing of personal information, even where no money changes hands for your data specifically.

We tell you this plainly rather than burying it, because the classification is what gives you the right described below.

What we disclose

  • Identifiers: name, postal code, email address, telephone number.
  • Commercial information: the product or service you enquired about.
  • Internet activity: campaign parameters and the page your enquiry came from.

We do not disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

How to opt out

Submit a request by either of the following:

Include the email address and telephone number you used, so we can locate your records. We will confirm receipt and action the request within 15 business days.

Verification and authorised agents

To protect you, we verify requests by matching the details you supply against our records. We may ask for additional information if we cannot make a reliable match, used only for verification and then discarded.

An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. We may still contact you directly to confirm.

Your other rights

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may ask us to limit the use of sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

Appeals

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or writing to Aurexo Solutions LLC, 2500 Corporate Blvd, Suite 410, Las Vegas, NV 89109. We will respond to an appeal within 45 days.
