TCPA Compliance Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
Aurexo Solutions LLC generates consumer enquiries that may result in telephone, SMS, and email contact. This policy sets out how we obtain consent for that contact, what we record, and how consent can be withdrawn.
Express written consent
Before submitting an enquiry, every consumer is shown a disclosure naming the parties who may contact them, listing the channels used, and stating that consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent is captured by an unchecked box that the consumer must actively select. We do not pre-check consent boxes and we do not infer consent from page use.
The disclosure currently in use reads:
By checking this box and submitting this form, I provide my express written consent for Aurexo Solutions LLC and its marketing partners to contact me at the phone number and email address I provided, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, SMS text messages, and email, regarding insurance and home services products and services. I understand that my consent is not a condition of any purchase, that I may revoke it at any time, and that message and data rates may apply.
What we record
For every enquiry we retain:
- The verbatim disclosure text exactly as displayed to that consumer.
- The date and time consent was given.
- The page on which the disclosure appeared.
- The originating IP address, where our infrastructure can establish it reliably.
- The browser user agent.
We store the disclosure text rather than only a yes/no flag. Disclosure wording changes over time, and a flag alone cannot show what a particular consumer actually agreed to.
Scope of consent
Consent covers contact about the products and services described in the disclosure, by the parties named in it. It does not extend to unrelated products, and it is not transferable to organisations outside those named.
Revoking consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, by any reasonable means, including:
- Replying STOP to an SMS message, or asking the caller to place you on the do-not-call list.
- Emailing info@aurexosolutions.com or calling (888) 214-0392.
- Using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Revocation is honored within ten business days. See our Do Not Call Policy for details.
Publisher obligations
Traffic partners must obtain consent to the same standard and must be able to evidence it on request. Partners are reviewed before activation and audited thereafter. A partner who cannot produce consent records is removed from the programme.
Buyer responsibilities
We are responsible for the consent captured at the point of collection and for evidencing it. Buyers who receive our enquiries remain responsible for their own calling practices, including calling-time restrictions, do-not-call scrubbing against their own lists, identification requirements, and any state-level obligations that apply to them.
Record retention
Consent records are retained for at least five years, reflecting the limitation periods that apply to telemarketing claims, and can be produced on request by referencing the telephone number or record identifier.
